Hubbard Rotary supports projects and programs that make a positive difference in Hubbard and the surrounding community.

Grant Guidelines

Please review the following before applying:

The organization requesting funds should be located in Hubbard or the Trumbull County area, or the project should directly benefit local residents.
Rotary International projects will also be considered.
Projects benefiting the arts, music, community, cultural, educational, youth, medical, and individuals with disabilities will be considered.
Individuals, political candidates, and political organizations are not eligible.
Only two applications per organization will be considered per year, July 1 through June 30.
Applications should be submitted at least two months before the project or activity date.
Grant awards typically range from $100 to $1,000.
Organizations awarded a grant will be required to submit a final report and itemized budget summary.
